    ang sakto gyud ana proper diet and exercise. ug diet alone will not do the trick. what will happen is kung lack ug nutrients ang imung lawas, its will cost you to crave more. unlike if mu kaon kay nya mu exercisr ka or mu alsa ka ug weights, ang imu food nga gi eat will be burned or converted to energy. mahug sya ug crash diet ug diet lang ka.

    I've decided na to workout and do some physical exercises from january this year, that time ako weight kay 80kg until now padaun ghapon ko sa routine bahalag busy sa skela, naa ghapon ko time for workout like for 1hr per day lang gud basta mahuman lang ang set or mag jogging kung kamata og sayo. karon I'm 70kg duol nako sa akong gusto na weight. YEHEY!

    TS. I tried your diet too pero hinay2 lang kay maluya nya ka ha. best way jud to reduce kay cardio exercise and tira daun og gym para firm tan.awon

    thanks sa tanan nga ni share. kaning weight loss is almost a lifetime battle for others. i dont blame anyone for my weight gain but myself alone. there is joy in eating man jud. haha. wala man gud koy lain bisyo. wala jud ko anang inum2 or smoke2 even if i was a call center agent since 5 years now. i love sweets jud esp cake then there was a time nga murag dili ko kakaon without coke. im a starbucks frapucino adik, super duper fattening kaau. now, im trying to eat healthy and keep myself motivated jud. i eat less and eat healthy foods only. ang kapaet, kung naa ka sa mall, maglisud ka pangita ug healthy foods except sa supermarket. usually, grilled chicken jud ko kung naa sa mall. gamay lang kaau na rice. sa balay for breakfast, its hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruits, green tea. for lunch or dinner, its either fish, tofu and veggies. snacks kay fruits ra jud. workout at least 30 mins kung busy kaau, kung dili, 2 times a day pero kapuy ra pud kaau. i dont do starvation diet kay samot mo hinay ang metabolism. btw, im 40 na and i have 4 kids. i use to make it as an excuse and akong age not to look too good but then, mas dapat ko mag amping kay basig magka sakit2 ta tungod sa pagka overweight. tungod siguro sa akong healthy lifestyle, my co workers would always say, i look so much younger. my avatar was taken only last month with new bf. haha. pero tambok nako diha sa pic. hahay. goodluck natong tanan. kiamoy918, look into your diet gurl, basig mao nay reason. try other contraceptions like natural method. i have never used any contraceptive. haha. mao guro na 4 akong anak. but my kids are big naman. 20 na akong eldest. 5 year old akong youngest

    ^^ lagi, the key is not giving up. dili man sad maayo nga abrupt ang weight loss kay ma shock atong internal organs ana plus mag lawlaw atong panit. im doing it safely and slowly. im not even taking mga weight loss pills kay mahadlok kog ma hurt nya akong kidneys. diet and exercise lang jud ko. eat wisely, in small portions and less fat more protein. wala sa jud ko mag meat karon except for chicken. sige lang, im sure i update tamo ug unsa nay result sa akong weight loss. abellana diay ko tig jog ug tag aerobics. kinsay gusto mo join nako didto? welcome mo tanan

    im 3kg (about 7lbs) lighter na from 2 weeks ago. im glad, diet and exercise is working. pero daku pa jud kaau ko ug tangtangonon nga weight but getting there. kinsay nanginahanglan diha ug tips? i can share with you what im doing. discipline is the key sad jud. there are times i wanted to give in to temptation, esp sa gawas, naa ka sa mall, kadaghang sweets makita. weakness ra ba jud nako ang sweets, pasta, pizza...i read that these foods have something sa ilang ingredient that u will keep coming back to eat them, maka addict baga. likay na lang jud ko kaysa ma waste lang ang akong gisugdan

    exercise plus low fat or whatever diet = weight loss
    sedentary lifestyle plus high fat diet = weight gain

    no matter how many times you work out, if mustop ka, weight gain ragyud na after kay imo man increase imong metabolic rate
    once maincrease na paspas imo metabolism dayun gana pud kaau imong kaun
    once mustop ka, imong body nagdesire gyapun ug kaun kay mau may napattern sa imong brain
    nya since wala nakay exercise muanam ug store ang fat a imong liver dayun manambok naka

    ang best thing to do jud is to eat a balance diet plus the best exercise which is dan dan dan dan jerjer

    ^^ thanks. somehow related raman sad sila sa usag usa, if u dont have excess body fat, dili man sad mosaka imong timbang. but again, thanks. i have to admit grabe akong caloric intake, much of the sweet and junkies and less exercise and movement kay mag lingkod rami sa work and kapoy kaau ang lawas maski 10 hours paka natulog. i've lost about 7lbs now pero mao lagi, cut on food jud esp sa gabii
