    Calorie count. I am using a free app to monitor my food intake. Puwede ra madownload sa apps store ug google play ang MYFITNESSPAL. I lost 40 lbs in 6 mos. 1200 calories a day ra dapat akong in take. So nag no rice ko para maka bfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner pa ko. Siyempre, kinahanglan jud gihapon ug discipline para dili mo exceed ug 1200 a day. If mo exceed ka sa 1200 calories, puwede ra ka mag exercise to burn the extra calorie intake. Ga P90 ko almost everyday in case mag sobra ko at the end of the day. Gina log sad nako sa app kung pila ka calories akong na burn sa exercise. For pila ka years, cge ko think kung unsaon pag lose ug weight. Pero there are many ways. Kinahanglan ra jud ug discipline and motivation. Nag start ko ani coz tanan nako barkada nag Cohen Diet. I dont want to spend 60k pesos sa Cohen but d sad ko ganahan na ako na lang mabilin na tambok sa barkada. Hehehe

    way diet2x ts kay samot tag kagamay ana.. basin makalansay ang labas.. dali rako hinuon paniwangon.. 2days nga dili moakon or 1 day 1 eat nigamay na dayon.. pero lisod patambokon..

    wow...nice pd ni xa dah....lisoda ipa gamay oi..hahahha...gamay mn ko b4 but when I started working..earning...na pabayaan akong lawas, I should say...kanang graveyard shift, food intake but karon start nko after 6. gamay rice, utan, isda...likay ug softdrinks.. walking lang ug 45 mins. kay 1 hr mn ang break... I hope mo work ni xa nga style..hahaha...

    dili ko motoo ana maam ang softdrinks makapadako kay based sa akoa experience grabe ko moinom sa softdrinks like mohurot ko 3-4 12oz a day or b4 ko mo sleep mo inom sako.. wala man sab ko mo gain sukad.. then kusog pa gid ko hingaon sa rice.. dili pwede gamay kay pagka taod2x ana mangurog ko sa ka gutom.. wala man ko mo gain pag-ayo.. nahitabo siguro ni gain ko ang waistline nako nahimo sa 27 from 24-25.. nahitabo na last 2010 then wala na mausab.. pwera buyag sab..

    Experience is not always the best teacher. Lain2 ug metabolism ang tao. Naay uban paspas kaayo muburn ug calories ilang lawas maong bisan unsa pa ilang kaon kay dili sila mutambok. Ang softdrinks kay taas ug sugar so makapatambok na.

    tamaa...metab0lism rate differs between individuals.

    d pud k0 m0-tu0 na likay2 sa rice can really c0ntribute a l0t t0 weight l0ss,
    although I agree there are a l0t of healthier alternatives t0 rice such as wh0le
    grains...red rice, etc.

    a matter of calorie intake and calories burned...excess means you gain weight.

    if weight l0ss is desired...there must be a "calorific deficit"...meaning less calorie
    intake c0mpare t0 calorie burned.

    an0ther thing is...fat is m0re difficult t0 burn than pure carbs.

    lesser/minimal fat content sa pagka0n nga at0 gi-ka0n means lesser worries.

    discipline and motivati0n is really needed...hehehe.

    what contributes to weight gain is calorie intake is more than calories burn. so it will follow that if u watch your caloric intake and burn some, result would be weight loss. simple ra tuod pero lisud buhaton

    Try fitnesse cereal...unya inom lang daghan og tubig,,ayaw pag juice2 or fit and right kay naay sugar anah...before ka mokaon inom una og tubig para mabusog na lang kibali ka sa tubig og ma less na imong kaon...i was 62kg sauna og 55kg ko...dancing ra jud aqng exercise...pero fitnesse cereal nakatabang nako kay permi ko kalibang..hahaha...pero importante jud bai kay watch what you eat...effective sad para nako ang carbtrim kay after inom mag tingoga imong tiyan kay mangita og kahaw-asan..hehehe
