    kinsay bay naka kita sa CBA sa Veco guys? i mean wala ta kahibalo kay possible man nga naka indicate didto na "amount will be determined by the company". wala ta kahibalo sa conditions ba. things have changed baya guys. possible na ni gamay ang profit sa veco tungod sa economic crisis thus, decreasing the profit sharing amount. not all companies mo hatag ug share sa profit to their employees. personally, mas maayo nalang ug gamay kay sa wala hehehe. as a private company pod, they may or may not show their profit to its employees baya.

    Bro, try to read the first board of this thread regarding the provision. Ang Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is a legal contract na puede nimo ma pilan ug case. In this case economic provision ila gi-hilabtan like profit sharing. Try to read our local news papers today para ma-update ka sa ila problema.

    hayaha diay anang mga trabahantes VECO sa?? libre suga, bogas, dagkog sweldo napay profit sharing nya mag protesta pa gyud sila? ang uban gani munas ginhawa na intawg pa-igo sa ilang gagmitoy kaayong sweldo wa lay ekkk.. otong lang tomas ginhawa! sila napa silay gana mag protesta nga kapila na pil-on ilang kita sa usa ka buwan?
