yep... mas nice sya pero it needs further observation. if ever naay icomplain, dapat tigumon kay naay cut-off time. I think almost all subdivision na bag-o na nahibaw-an nako naay known issue kay gadali2 ang mga workers sa deadline sa ilang productivity.

well.... at least sa CDO na subdivision na mga bag-o common kaayo ang naay known issue like, wala natarung ang finishing, pagkabit sa toilet bowl, cracks... etc.....

and yes, tama si R_squared, almost the same as the old design, windows ra ug hanging sa ubos ray nabag-o and ang color.

ang naka nice sa decahomes kay dili strict in terms of requirements and no need membership para lang maka loan...maski ang sweldo nimo 10,001 basta ang monthly kay naa sa 10,000 pwede jud ka ma approve..and they made it into 25 months to pay even in-house financing siya para friendly sa mga buyers og dili bug-at ang monthly...It's like helping people to own a house and lot jud
