    naa bay data-data nga balay ug yuta sa cebu?
    pila sad kahay binulan? bisan kanang pinakabarato ra gud... pinobre ra ba... not necessarily duol sa siyudad... bisan talamban/talisay...

    im planning of building my own house although bata-bata pa man sad ko... maayo unta naa koy idea pila ang andamunon ba... maybe 5 years from now...

    @TS, ngplan ko matukod og 2-storey house, 66sqm ang floor area (bali 33sqm per floor), giestimatan sa panday og 600K. that was two months ago na dili pa mahal ang mga kabilya. nimahal ra ba ron kay election period og summer...

    sa ako anti gani almost 300k na iya nagasto, isa ka floor pa iya nahimu..two storey pod to iya plano..wala pa jud napintalan..as in kulang ra kau..

    kani sakto kaau... anyway nka patukod ako parents balai. 120sq. mt. sa 500+sq mt lot. isa ra ka floor, 3 rooms 1 cr. with porch nah. cost was only 180k sa mindanao nuon.. ug design by our imagination lng hehehe. pero proud ky mura cottage cute kaau(half amacan, half cemento). naa sad sa mindanao.
