    kung android imo phone, mag download sa mga daily workout apps. useful sa akoa toh kay la ko'y time and budget para mag gym. mag sweat jud ka og mag loose ka'g weight, of course, kung i-disiplina pud nimo ang imong kaugalingon sa pagkaon.

    sa ako kuya mga sis and bro kay nag gamit sya anang herbal life nga shake...he was about 145 kls before...dn ang style sa ila pag gamit kay morning walay food kato ra milk shake then afternoon kay naay meal but ang rice gi change into squash..then sa hapon kay shake nasad and a lil bit of meat...for 2 months nka loose sya og 38lbs. it only took him 6 weeks and 3 days...and loose 7 inches sa iya waist...

    limit lang ka sa mga sweet and fatty foods. eat less carbs at night then green tea. then breakfast oatmeal and milk. jogging 30 mins. mao ra ni akong gibuhat. loss ko 82kg to 70kg less than a month. then ang secreto ana ayaw inom bugnaw nga water mas maayo warm jud, mao nay secreto sa mga insik kwakang

    krun diet mode nxd ko kay mamoy nku..
    first thing to do is drink cofee n d morning-paenet sa kutu2 din eat
    chicken, half ra ag rice.
    2, eat ghpon but more chicken na dli na cge ug rice dn enet na sabaw.
    3, taga gbe mo eat nlg ko ug wheat bread dn hot milo.
    din dli mo enum ug bugnaw na tubig..
    4, mg binder padg matug- e eheyak jud ag tyan dn put binder dn tulug.

    jogging ot running basta naay pasingot, pero kung ganahan kag dali maka pagamay running jud. mao ra ni just jog or run 30 minutes every other day and kung comfortable naka sa imong pace (speed) try paspasi gamay imong pace and back to normal pacing napud every time mo run or jog ka. intervals every 5 minutes normal speed, then after 5 mins. fast speed then back to normal again 5 mins each within 30 minutes. believe me gamay kag dali without even dieting you can eat any kind of food in moderation lang pud ayaw pud palabi ug pabusog nga murag mubuto na imong tiyan...hehe

    discipline lang..dapat kahibaw ka mo control sa pagkaon =)

    Lost 10 lbs in less than 45 days. 20-min treadmill & elliptical (Mon-Sat)
    6 km outdoor run every Sundays.
    No rice. =) (No rice on cheat days gihapon ha)

    Android apps:
    Nike+ (para ma track imong daily runs)
    MyFitnessPal (para ma track nimo imong noaks hehe)
