I used to work with Stream. They ended my contract wala ko ma regular after 4 months & they ask me to pay 13k for the training. I mean what the h*ll they terminated me then their asking me to pay their fees & I recieved no last pay from them. There were also days that we were asked to work which is unscheduled & it turned out to be unpaid.

Their something wrong with their management.

why were u terminated? do u have attendance or any other issues? as far as i know termination would be their last option. i cnt be quite sure. try consulting hr.

thats becuz u're still under their training bond churva nga 30k. if na terminate ka dn regular na ka, kanah mkadawat pa ka sa imong last pay. but if na terminate ka dn wala pa kay 6 months, kabayad pa ka sa ilang training bond.. i dont know if sakto ko ha, but i think mao nah ang naa sa contract about their training bond.

not sure sis.. but i know someone who applied here in cebu, then didto na assign sa Manila (Intuit Tech)

Hahahaha..Sakto bro..U would never be asked to pay for the bond if ni continue lang ka sa training..The training bond only applies if "during training you decide to quit or go on AWOL".

Sus maypa mo amo.a intawn na company kay gi kuha.an among 13 month og absent and lates.... Sus nahug akong na dawat kay murag usa ka sweldohan....

paita noh. mrag dili man jud na required mhatag ang company ug 13th month.
