12K Gaming CPU for the Budget Gamer

Hello guys, I need some recommendations. My Motherboard has just died (ASUS P5G41C-M LX), my Processor is just a Pentium Dual Core E5500 (2.8Ghz OCd to 3.4Ghz). Though my Processor is still useable, I am thinking of just biting the bullet and just upgrade it along with the Mobo.

My question is, what is the best combination I can buy (Mobo and Processor) that is equals or less than my meager 9k budget?
My Generic 600W PSU seems to be fine, however should I also upgrade it for the new Mobo? Should I go AMD or Intel? What PC store can you recommend to purchase these parts(preferrably within Cebu City or Lapu-Lapu).

I would have recommended to keep your processor and just buy a motherboard but you know we have to go the greener way now and since you have budget naman. My recommendation for 9k is:

G3220 3.0ghz @ 2560php
Gigabyte B85M HD3 @ 3305php
4gb ddr3-1333 generic rams @ 1655php
Corsair VS450 @ 1650php
TOTAL: 9170php

It's a shame because nangayo ka ug suggestion nya daan pa lang nisulti na ka nga di na ka mopalit ug video card. Your video card is a pity and to pair its with 15k worth of processor, mb and ram is close to stupidity. Sorry and no offense but that's just the way i have to put it. Reality check..

How about you sell your card for 1.5k then we'll work with that 16.5k budget?

btw. dota2 rajud akong duwaon.. more on code and photoshop gamay mao jud ang gamit sa akong pc..
kung mahimo ato nalang i 10k ang budget.

Guys, naa moy idea where makapalit ug gtx 650 ti boost diri sa Cebu? Aside sa gaisano interpace ug enigma, asa pa? Ganahan pa ta ko mag.canvass.

Pwede pero mas maayo ni pang video editing kay 4 cores na sya. Crossfire - magdungan silag dagan sa built-in nga video card kay naa na syay dala nga kusog2x GAMAY. Mura na ka naay 2 ka video card.
