    - PagBPI nalang jud, naay barato nga savings account, 200 pesos ra inig mag-open. Unya yep, sunda ang ilang tips. Kung unsa ngalan nimo sa odesk, mao pud dapat pangalan nimo sa imong banko. As much as possible, parehaa lang jud ang info. Walay mahimung problema labi nag imong sundon jud ang instruction sa pag-set-up sa LFT method.

    - Yes tinuod ni. But sometimes naay instances nga delayed ang pagsulod sa kwarta. Like the following week pa musulod kung malason ka. Mao, I prefer nga widraw kag monday sa buntag then maprocess na na inig gabie, aron naay 4 days allowance para muabot ang kwarta sa maong week. Kay sa akong na-experience, di man jud na mulapas ug 4 days ang pagsulod sa kwarta sa imong banko, labi nag BPI; 2 days the least rjud na.

Don't apply for 'any' job. Look for a specific niche, something that you'll love to do.

Anyone here who's been managing Linux server? I have 2-3 gigs to be drop next month, akong client kay mo prefer og pinoy. Ngutana cya if naa ba daw ko ika-recommend na i.puli.

Of course it all boils down to hard work and dedication. You need to be an excellent negotiator to get high profile projects and you must have an online porfolio, blog or any online means (Likedin or oDesk Profile) to prove you are proficient in the field you are applying. You need to learn to market yourself out in the open. The difference between us (freelancers) and the many BPO companies around Metro Cebu is we need no negotiating company to negotiate work for us. We negotiate work directly for ourselves and therefore getting a better rate. Dako lang ang issue when it comes to integrity of work and job security kay we rarely handle large corporate companies (accounts). Pero as what they say, you can't build a house if you don't have bricks. It doesn't matter if you handle small or large clients, its the performance and the quality of work that counts.

Moonlighting is a term used to refer to holding a second job outside of normal working hours. source: Moonlighting Law & Legal Definition

Mao sad. I am planning to get started with Odesk bitaw. Maybe mid this year basta makapalit nako og PC. What ang dapat bantayan sa Odesk for you to earn clients trusts? Surveys nga imo i-take? Diba naa man anha murag exams?
