“I never would put anything on the coach, win, lose or draw because they can give us the game plan, but they are not on the court playing,” Wade said.

Heads up to the heat followers ! !

It goes something like this, "When a team is winning, the credit goes to the players; but when a team is losing, the blame is on their coach." I've heard this many times, I'm wondering what is your take on this.
That quote make sense . When in doubt, the blame is placed to whoever is in charge . We all see that in every jobs . Not only the blame should be placed towards the coach , sometimes a manager could be a part of the blame too .

In professional sports , every play in every possessions are well planned , prepared , and practiced . The people designed the moves ... is the coaching staff . From game planning to "player/employee" management are all part of the job responsibilities for the coaching staff .

Players (esp. the troikas) having their egos unchecked , and the rest of the players are "doing their own thing" , also adding the recent LeBron questioning Spoelstra about his playing time , and Bosh refusing of taking suggestion from an "assistant" coach during the warm-up are example of a pure form of disrespecting the coaching staffs . Maybe there are still worst cases happening inside their practice facility when the medias aren't around .. In the eyes of the sHeat fans and the bandwagoners , the coach is the one to blame for whatever idiotic reason ..

We can't blame the players for that , a coach must earn the respect of his players so they could play hard for him . If he doesn't have their respect , no way they will play hard for him . Coaching staffs led by a Filipino (troikas probably don't know where Filipinos inhabited) sound ridiculous to them . I mean , not only Spoelstra is a Filipino, he started as a video coordinator for the team before got appointed as a coach . So why would they follow to a ex-video coordinator's command ?? I wonder what's really the reputation from 1 - 10 of a video coordinator in the NBA .. Less than 4 , most likely .

The troikas probably must be scratching their heads thinking why they're being coached by an ex-video coordinator ..

Some fans/bandwagoners are blaming the players esp the troikas for their arrogance because they're now the BIG THREE and thinking it will be success more than the Boston Celtics ... When Spoelstra warned them that they can't win by talent alone , they probably laughing their arses off . It all goes down to respecting the coaches .. As for the coaching staffs , they should've keep these egoistic niggers grounded at all times .

Sometimes but not all the times , the blame is pointed to the General Manager . Fans/bandwagoners failed to recognize that GMs could be the one to blame . He's responsible of hiring scouts , coaches , signing players in , and has the final call of choosing a player in the draft . Riley was the one appointed Spoelstra as a member to his coaching staff and later asked him to take over the coaching staff . Also , he was responsible of bringing 2 egoistic turds to South Beach . What if he just built players around D Wade instead of copying the Danny Ainge style of success , things could've been different with the Heat . Wade-JO wasn't a bad duo .. Maybe this team could've been a better team if they replaced JO with a young PF/C, Amar'e.

Now , the jilters are now in frustration mode !!!! They want the 1/2 Pinoy COACH fired sooooo badly . During the summer , the bandwagoners got a good excuse of jumping to the Heat : the coach is a 1/2 PINOY , they should support fellow pinoy .. Now , no love for the 1/2 pinoy coach , no more !! Prrrffffffffftt ..

so much agree in the post above.. lets see how their huddle after the DALLAS lost will do them good next time... im sure they will make it to the playoffs, but a chance on winning the title, not this time

from a businessman's point of view i would rather change the inexperienced coach than to trade one of my trio whom i paid lots of money just to get them together.. since i am in a trial and error mode then i would change the coach in a heartbeat and see from there.. if that doesnt work then there is something wrong with the players...

i want to see coach pat riley to take over just so to feed a lot of people's curiosity if riley can really make this work... its nothing personal against coach erik...
