the hardest question for me is when i heard from a friend that they were asked if " how can you sell a pirated dvd to Edu Manzano ?" if xa parin ang chairman...hahaha...speechless... and also a friend of mine was asked if " how can you convince me to buy a toothbrush that was thrown to the trash" if the cust was convinced. " now, how can u convince me to use it?"

di lang mo malain..in short, we dont like to hire you!!! hahaha..faet!!

i think i have been asked most of the questions posted by the TS. that's my first job interview for my first employment.. and i am still here, working in the same company, since i got hired

in my opinion, only question # 13, 14 and 15 are good. the others are mostly "fillers" or "ice-breaker" type questions. these filler questions are mostly used for dramatic effect (you'd see a lot of these on tv talk shows) and do not really gauge the applicant's competencies.

questions 13, 14 and 15 are behavioral questions. these allow the interviewee to relate past experiences that are relevant to the position applied. these types of questions, and their answers, measures how well, or poorly, the applicant handled certain situations in the past. and as per kurt lewin, a social psychologist: past behavior predicts future behavior.
