Yeap you're right...MJ himself talked kobe that he has all the tools and all he needs is polish his leadership skills.

Well iyang gi basolon ang managment...for sure...try to see their transactions for the last three years. after shaq..kinsa may nindot ilang gi kuha? Odom and Butler....then let go butler to get Kwame?? whats next after that?? Vrad?? <--- this guy is having hard time understanding the triangle the whole season....zerooo.

Even today's off season...the management are not doing any major trades or signing good quality players. And what Mitch have to say with this "I'm happy with it"

I understand kobe's frustrations right now...he's getting older and Phil's last season on his contract and the management didn't do anything to make the team better. . The guy wants to win..just like MJ.

They had the opportunity to get Kidd..but Jim Buss who personally picked Bynum doessn't want bynum to go. So the trading didn't push thru. So as Boozer, and Baron Davis, and Artest and KG and JO...they let it slipped away. Thats how good the laker management.

They won't trade kobe for now cos the management is making money of him thru ticket sales. thats for sure.

there were times that the Bulls played with injured athletes too..at a time Pippen played hurt, Luc Longley also and Ron Harper and those were key guys in the rotation
