human ear tolerance limit: 120 db
jackhammer: 130 db

Point is, whats noisy for you might only be loud for me, my music can be loud and you may find it noisy, solution is, have db level as common ground, thats how law enforcement proceeds, measuring levels not by preference alone. Thats what you call mutual respect. Unless mag rev2x nga wlay rason, thats stepping on your rights for peace, its not the pipe but rather the rider and in some places, they would be fined and subject to seek professional psychiatric help. Im just comparing the noise levels actually, if that really is whats bothering.. stock per stock, bikes are not that noisy, sportbikes or just plain commuters.. For clarifications, is it in line with LTO7 Memorandum ADZ-2010-11-01? or just by the guards discretion?
