even if the launch fails NOKOR had an history of stubbornness despite numbers of failures since 98 satellite launch... they will be back...

it may have failed in the point of view of intl community but it certainly a success in the NOKOR point of view, dont be surprised they did this before, maybe to save face... who knows... beside their dear leader discovered the hamburger....

Most people forgot the fact that before the US launched their first manned mission (Alan Shepard, first American in space, May 6, 1961), the rocket (Atlas launcher) that was supposed to take the first American to space, BLEW UP NO LESS THAN 20 times, before it was declared safe by NASA. Kani 3rd time pa lang gani nag fail ang Nokor...so of course they will try again, but this act of "trying again and again" has NOTHING TO DO WITH STUBBORNESS--this is NORMAL in space exploration.

im aware of that, including the shuttle, but ive considered NoKor's unpredictability behavior and some sanctions given to them, that made them stubborn...
