Granted mang inasal suck balls. it doesn't represent ilonggo cuisine(which imo is 2nd next to kapampangan) well since it's fastfood.

no, i don't have any bias towards ilonggo/hiligaynon cooking, i was born & raised in manila & i never saw a cebuano restaurant. face it, when you don't skin your vegetables & put ginger to virtually anything, it just screams shitty regional cooking.

keep drinking that kool aid though, maybe one day you'd wake up & think that cebu is better than manila.
