It takes strength to be certain,
It takes courage to have doubts.

It takes courage to stand out.

It takes strength to feel a friend’s pain,
It takes courage to feel your own pain.

It takes courage to show them.

It takes courage to let down your guard.

It takes courage to surrender.

It takes strength to endure abuses,
It takes courage to stop them.

Heartprints


Whatever our hands touch-
We leave fingerprints!
On walls, on furniture
On doorknobs, dishes, books.
There’s no escape.
As we touch we leave our identity.

Oh God, wherever I go today
Help me leave heartprints!
Heartprints of compassion
Of understanding and love.
Heartprints of kindness
And genuine concern.
May my heart touch a lonely neighbor
Or a runaway daughter
Or an anxious mother
Or perhaps an aged grandfather.

Lord, send me out today
To leave heartprints.
And if someone should say
“I felt your touch,”
May that one sense YOUR LOVE
Touching through ME.

My Dear Lord,

I don't really know what your plans are (for me). I may not understand it now but I know u'd be with me all throughout this journey. I might have failed again and again and loses faith in you but u didn't lead me to evil instead u lead me to u. You allow me to see your graces all the time. Some times I don't know myself anymore b/c of the dark clouds that cover me YET your endless love and rays able to see and find me and I realized that your power is everywhere even u don't see me. As I continue to walk into the paths u provided me please give me more strength to fight what is evil. And always strengthen whatever is weak in me. AMEN.

Psalm 1: 1-6
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in
the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day
and night.
He is like a tree planted by streams of water, that yields its fruit in its
season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.
The wicked are not so, but are like chaff which the wind drives away.
Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the
congregation of the righteous;
for the LORD knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will
perish.
