Suggestion lang ni coz mao ni kasagaran ginabuhat sa akong mga trainors, some of them akong g.apply pud:
1. Eat 6x a day. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 3 snacks. Kanang naay rice.
2. Go to the Gym 3 - 5 times a week and go for the gaining na program.
3. Drink protein shake, it will cost you around P3,000 but its worth it.
4. Eat lots of egg white but be sure to drink plenty of water.
5. Fruits
6. Avoid softdrinks
7. Sleep early.
Do that and mo borot jud ka.. basta ayaw lang pag tinapol..hehe mao raba nay kontra sa tanan.. hehe
