Hi guys... same here na interview ko for position as Master Planner ingon a week after tawagan daw. wala paman..now months na jud xa. Meaning ba ani kay wala nah. ingon man sila mahire or sa dili they will contact me to inform for my status. Anyways naa ba taga FC diri? ask lang unta ko if naa na ba bag-o na hire diha as Master Planner. Thanks

Saon diay pag apply sa Fairchild? Didto man ko kausa para magpass ug resume pero wala dawata sa guard kay online ra daw. Pagcheck nako sa website kay wala man.

para nako di na uso ng walk-in ron og pass2x sa guard... either di na dawaton or ilabay ra na ig human nimog pasa... almost tanang hiring process ron automated og via online na, mao nana sistema sa mga companies ron (except siguro sa small "inato" companies nga old school gihapon ang hiring process - don't expect inani gihapon ang mga multinationals except kung sila na mismo mo advertise nga naa silay walk-in hiring)...

i'm a Fairchild Semiconductor ex-employee... all I can say is that, this Company is amazing. for me, its the best that I had worked at. it has the best training and once naa ta nag work sa FSC, humot kaayo ta's uban semiconductor Company (this is from my 1st hand experience gyud ha)... I-pirate ta's uban semiconductor Companies... but, depende ni's atoang position pud hinoon... hehehe...
basin stop hiring siguro sila ron kay nabaligya naman sila... ON Semiconductor na ang new owner sa Fairchild Semiconductors...

Yes, this is true.. my 1st interview was via phone with one of the IT execs from San Jose, California. Afterwards, the next interview was a Technical Panel interview with an IT manager and an employee with a proven track record also from US. All questions ask during the interview is with regards to the technical skill you have. They will ask you technical questions in relation to the job description you are applying(if you have the experienced.) After the panel interview, you will have a hint if they like you or not. As for me, after the interview the HR rep called the HR manager for a 1-on-1 talk about your personality, your past job experienced and on why you left the company for FSC. Afterwards, they will give you a slip for Medical checkup. All done in just one week..
