you said "No problem with the school", but why do you complain about "pretty inconsistent" policies. inconsistent in what way? please englighten me.

you also said "I am getting good education out of it." well, if ur getting good education in usc then thats the whole point why you are in USC. do you get less from usc if u simply follow her basic rules? i dont think so.

as far as i know, those policies are very simple and basic! why cant you simply follow it. kung mo follow lang ta, way problema. basta, it all boils down to discilpine.

there are more pressing issues worth fighting for. why not complain about mga incompetent teachers, tuition fee increase, facilities, campus paper, baha sa TC etc...

and with ur example about a muslim girl who wasnt allowed entry, i think its not about the policy. its very clear that usc doesnt tolerate religious discrimination of any form. the problem there is the guard's ignorance, kuwang sa seminar.
Will you quote to me something I said that I don't follow the rules and regulations?
And by the way, don't we have the right to complain about a few "basic" stuff about something (prescribed haircut for employees in a company etc.)? It's normal, and we really can't blame them (or myself) if ana lang pud.

Okay, I get your point on this one. We all have rights to criticize certain aspects man pud, di ba? But anyway, I realized how pointless it is to focus on stuff like that, so my apologies.

Anyway, enough with this argument on policies and move on to where it comes down to.
You are aware that there is no memo on the ID sling and that the SAS denied such policy. So, after all that hullabaloo, ang gwardya ra gyud kulangan sa orientation. So it is still up to the school to conduct more dynamic seminars for the security guards.

Another thing: Segregation of biodegradable and recyclable wastes. A lot of times, I've seen those guys from Cordel who just mix the biodegradable and recyclable wastes together upon emptying those bins. I don't see the point of the segregation if the janitor will just mix it up in the end. These people should be oriented on how crucial segregating garbage is.

    On a personal note:
Nobody even cares to clean up Kolk's Nook in USC Main, mao ako nalang ilabay akong kinan-an.

I'm sure daghay igo ani: The enrollment system. Since I was in my second year, I noticed that the enrollment system has grown painfully slow. Recently, I and many others experienced the most excruciating enrollment of all (for us, at least). Third week of classes na, wala pa gihapon nahuman. I rest my case on this one.

No need to add in tuition fees, I guess. Accept naman na nako nga mutaas gyud na, especially kay private institution ang USC.

And no, I won't participate in the rally. It is incredibly pointless. USC has one too many assets to be affected by a rally.

Note: We should have a separate thread about this, that students may discuss crucial issues about the school, constructively of course.

open meeting with admin? whats the role of the students council diay? and student council, why would you initiate a discussion with admin and students, di ba ang student man ang inyo ginarepresent? kamo counsel ang dapat makipagaudience sa inyo constituents, and thats the students. kamo dapat ang moduol kung unsa ila concern. after all, kamo ang representation nila.
