ISD - Test Specialist - Test Management (CEBU) - this position is for a test manager role. it requires that you have experience with testing as well as managing a test project.

full description as follows:

This role (previously known as Test Manager) coordinates all test activities within the project. They are responsible for delivering the test project on time and within budget while meeting all quality objectives. Other responsibilities include development and sign off of the Master Test Plan, building the team, managing people and managing the relationship with other team leaders in the project. They are responsible for communicating the test project status, resolving the test project issues, and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback.
