Walay meeting mahitabo if ang nagdumala nag-agad rapod sa lain tao.


IPC Officers please set this issue straight, lisud kaayo ning ang schedule sa meeting cge ug usab-usab then on the last minute pa i-inform if idayon or dili. Kasabot me nga busy pod mo sa inyo schedule but please consider pod dri sa uban members nga ni-make ug effort to clear their schedules on the agreed date sa IPC meeting pero in the end ky wala diay meeting nahitabo.

Suggestion lang ni if dili makaya i-held ang monthly meetings then do it every two months, quarterly, 2x a year or once a year.

Thanks for bringing it up bro... yeah i agree with this... i understand pud nga busy ang mga officers... uyon pud ko sa suggestion ni bro hayden nga if dli jud kaya... maybe we can do it every 2 months, quarterly, etc.

agree pud ko. and ang meeting pwede man siguro i held lang nato ug lain place like sa coffee shop ba ron or restawrant, if ever dili available ang official IPC meeting place didto sa Bizroute.

i understand your concerns about the schedule of meetings. im sorry if this has not been ironed out right away.

ive always made it a point that it will be held during the 3rd sat of every month, although last month's meeting was postponed because of certain issues we cannot avoid. i accept i made some mistakes, and i am sorry for that. but i believe i never lack of reminders for whatever adjustments and changes there is.

i will call a meeting this saturday and i oblige everybody to attend, just help me out in finding a place. i dont care if its in the park or wherever you would like to have it as long as we can discuss things.

ive talked to karlo and i need him to be there, but its up to him. we clearly need to have a system overhaul.

we will have it at 5pm. for the venue we will still look for a place.

will just update the thread. its final! dili na mapostpone.
