I'll go with Batman on this one. The problem I have with Superman is that he's almost entirely invincible. Unless you happen to have a box full of kryptonite with you.... there's just no way of getting thru him. How boring is that.

Supes is vulnerable not just to kryptonite but any type of kryptonite (green, red, gold) except probably the blue one which only affects Bizzaro. His powers are dependent on a yellow sun's energy and would lose those powers if he was subjected to a red sun (similar to Krypton's own sun, Rao) or a simulation of a red sun's radiation. He also doesn't do well against magical beings since Superman is very vulnerable to magic. Plus, other super-strong characters like Darkseid, Bizzaro, Brainiac, Metallo, Doomsday, Monarch, and other Kryptonians such as General Zod, Non and the entire New Krypton population can match his strength and can even defeat him.
