Still Baguio. Lots of places to visit and things to do. Medyo congested lang, but there are still places with wide open spaces like camp john hay, PMA, wright park, etc. Tagaytay is good if you want to "cozy" most of the time, especially if you have access to exclusive subdivisions and resorts like tagaytay highlands, or if you like adventure like trekking to the taal crater.

Baguio - Camp John Hay Manor - the only 5 star hotel in baguio... nice view and very ideal for honeymooners....

been to both several times and I would say if you're into food trip and quiet times you could go to Tagaytay... fi you want the hustle and bustle of the city and then gong home to a relaxing hotel (The Manor) after... then Baguio is it...
the added advantage of Baguio is that you can go travel further North to Vigan... quite a great place to visit... a throwback to the past...

Baguio is getting crowded, they have universities there now. you want peace and quite, go to tagaytay.

true. i've been here for 2 months now and there are a lot people (SM, session road, everywhere!). i keep asking myself, "where do this people come from?!". then it hit me on the head again and again and again.. "oh, it's baguio. this is supposed to be a tourist destination" (BIG DUH! )

it's cold and bustling with people this holiday season. if you want less people and more open spaces, try tagaytay.
