ai sorry sis...
didnt check my dictionary...
what i meant by bank fraud is...there is a big potential for delinquent cc holders to do something fraudulent man gud so their risk managers think that its not good for the company to hire people with that records...also...you are going to be a part of their company madaut ila image...
ex...hala si tapulano ky nagwork sa jpmc collections, nga palautang man pud to...dapat niya tawagan iya self noh? see what kind of a picture that employee would bring to the company...laughing stock...
of course i know what bank fraud is. WaMu akong account before.
but in relation to what you said, that is clearly a false generalization. not because people are delinquent in their account, you can automatically assume that they are capable of fraud. do you even know what bank fraud means? have you come across fraudulent credit card transactions? you dont have to be delinquent to be fraudulent.
yes it is..heard of estafa...
bouncing checks?
overdrawn accounts
charged off cc??
that is not fraud. not even close to fraud. maybe you should check your sources. duh!
lemme guess, naa ka sa recruitment sa jpmc.
its just how the risk managers assess it... if they think that people who are delinquent are a risk, then they wont accept you...they are just following their risk guidelines... and perhaps its not much applicable here in the Philippines regarding cc, but you have to understand you will be employed by the company itself, not from any outsourced company, but JPMC itself. if they would make an exception, because were here in the phils, then it would be a precedent for others to follow. then soon to be employees in the us would ask the same thing. because they would site the phil example as a precedent. and it would lead to a class suit because of discrimination. they would say, if people from the phils can be employed even with a record of credit delinquency then why cant we? and it would snowball and create a bigger mess. so do you see the bigger picture? its not just about you...its JPMC protecting itself. i hope you understand that.
