anyway, since mu tungtung man ug 1mil ang bayad sa aviator for CPL.. tingob ba jud ang bayad an or by session lang depende kung naa kay vacant?

I was thinking if I can combine working as a CC agent then at the same time ga skwela sa Aviator..? Quite ambitious pa na plano noon..

Puwede man pud you take your training at your own pace. Pay as you go along. Some schools require you deposit in advance (murag pre-paid sa cellphone, hehehe), but the amount is negotiable.

There is never any assurance of hiring even with PAL. The latest graduates of PAL Avschool are unemployed and have no prospects of employment with PAL in the foreseeable future. Yet Allied Bank is starting to call on their student loans. Yayayouch kaayo.

I'd suggest going with Aviatours or Omni, then build up hours to become a flight instructor. That's the best way to gain experience.

The Great Airline Hiring Boom is over. Airlines haven't taken in new pilots en masse in over a year now. Hopefully that'll pick up a few years from now but I don't see it doing so in the next year or so. The positive side here is that anyone who starts now has enough time to build up his hours and licenses to catch the next hiring wave.

Aviatour is good and they have many training planes i saw when i was there last march to re-fuel in their hangar when i flew from clark to davao. Is there any flying school in cebu accept safety pilot? Im about to finish my CPL course and started to look those possible job just to build flying hours.

Murag ginagmay ra man diri sa Cebu. Sa Manila gyud ka maka fishrun. There's a Cebu Pacific Airbus captain, Jonjie Guballa, who also owns a fleet of Piper Aztecs doing fish runs between Palawan and Manila. He offers low-time pilots the opportunity to build up multiengine time (you pay, of course, but it was really cheap) while gaining invaluable cross-country experience as well. Would be good to approach him once you have your CPL and instrument ticket.

Who are your instructors in Omni? Kevin Sison I know is already with Soriano. Is RG still teaching there?

Good to know that sir, one of my plan after my CPL & IR is fishrun if naay company nga mu dawat ug low timer pilot, but kung wala basin kuha nlang ko FI Course. I heard some fresh CPL holder pilots that they pay for their training in multi-engine in fishrun companies. Instructors at omni Capt. Ron Santos our chief pilot, Capt. Kevin Sison is now with soriano already, Capt. RG is still at omni. Mura naka PM2x naman ta sauna sir nuh.. Kadto nga time wala pako start flying still confuse pako ato.. hehehe..
