Just like the case of that police officer Marcial Ocampo a defense of alibi is always weak.

With all due respect Mr. Springfield- you can say whatever you like about Paco. It's your personal opinion and you are entitled to it. You can say he's a saint in your eyes for all I care. I personally am not going to judge him. I, myself have heard a whole lot of stories about Paco and believe me, they're not all that nice to hear. That's why it's so EASY for people who don't REALLY know him to believe he's capable of kidnapping, rape & murder. Cause even you, have said he IS maldito, hambugero, paugat etc.
On the other hand, I've seen Mrs. Larranaga and Paco's yaya on tv saying he's the sweetest, loving, considerate gentleman. Of course, that's his mother and yaya- it'd be shocking if they won't put in a good word. Paco is an enigma if I am to believe everything ( good & bad) I hear about him.

All I'm saying is that the courts have already given their decisions and he IS a convicted kidnapper, rapist and murderer. And that you will ALL have to accept and move on. If, in the future, there will be another twist to this case and the courts will rule otherwise - then you, Mr. Springfield and all of Paco's friends will be proven right. Until then, have the decency to respect the courts' decision however hard it is for you. Having said that, be more considerate of the Chiong family who buried one daughter and is still to find the second. That, I will never wish on anyone.

Have a nice day ahead, Mr. Springfield.

Excuse me Mr. Rumsfield- I think you're Mistaken & Confused. DILI AKO IMONG ANGAY SULTI-AN ANA. Please address what you've written to the right people. Cause we have the SAME sentiments specially on GMA. Paco is not my friend. And don't get me started on the church. They're to blame on why GMA did what she did when she went to Rome to meet the Pope. Mao bitaw nga nang hatag dayon ug pardon left and right. And that was the very first thing she told the Pope- nanghambog pa - na wala nay death sentence sa Pinas. Di ba? That is the REAL reason why. You're right, Paco and company are lucky naa pa diha si GMA.

Exactly MR MANGO ... that is the whole point . People who acquainted or knew him by name STEREOTYPED him thus makes him the PERFECT FALLGUY . Sama sa gi ingon nako ... he can be the most evil person in Cebu but is it enough grounds to jail him because the CHiong sisters were mudered ?

On the other hand, I've seen Mrs. Larranaga and Paco's yaya on tv saying he's the sweetest, loving, considerate gentleman. Of course, that's his mother and yaya- it'd be shocking if they won't put in a good word.
It is true . He can be a CARE BEAR and a FIERCE LION at the ame time , trust me .

Paco is an enigma if I am to believe everything ( good & bad) I hear about him.
Then so be the respected opinion you talk about . That is your opinion and you can talk about what you believed in but please dont forget the fact that what you hear or what you see INDIRECTLY means ACCURATE .

All I'm saying is that the courts have already given their decisions and he IS a convicted kidnapper, rapist and murderer. And that you will ALL have to accept and move on. If, in the future, there will be another twist to this case and the courts will rule otherwise -
If you were in PACOS shoes MR MANGO ... will you have the same sentiments to both yourself and the people who knew the truth ? Or you shall MOVE ON also ?

then you, Mr. Springfield and all of Paco's friends will be proven right.
As ive said , I am not friends with his family . Mismo ako , gi tumban na nako ang ikog ana niya kadtong HS pa na siya sa DOn Bosco pero wala lang nako mabali^ ang sungay niya . It just so happened that he is INNOCENT . Unsay mabuhat nato ana kung INOSENTE siya ? Prisohon gihapon kay maldito siya ?

Have you also WISHED that it will nevr happen to anyone also na ma JAIL unya INNOCENT ?

Have a nice day ahead, Mr. Springfield.

Mr. Spring - I honestly want to believe you when you say Paco is innocent of the crime. I would love to hear what you have to say about what you know.

It just so happened that he is INNOCENT . Unsay mabuhat nato ana kung INOSENTE siya ?

The 2 sentences are conflicting don't you think ? What I cannot comprehend is why you and some others are so SURE he is innocent.

Seriously & honestly, I would love to see him set free IF he is after all innocent as you said.
Mrs. Larranaga, God bless her -is a good person - that is my personal opinion. I see her in church frequently and she's unlike most aristocratic member of the Spanish- speaking families in Cebu that I know. She's softspoken and maau ni siya managad even if she doesn't know you and correct me if I'm wrong, she's not mata-pobre like most people in their circle. And for that alone- I would love to see her son ( if innocent ) be set free.

Until then, let me go back to my 1st post here where it all started. Between Mrs. Chiong, and Mrs. Larranaga - who should we feel more sorry for. My answer was and still is Mrs. Chiong. For Mrs. Chiong, whatever happens- she's already lost 2 daughters. They're both gone forever. While in Mrs. Larranaga, although convicted and given the death sentence, it's now downgraded to life. So there's still hope that he might get the justice he is looking for as you said and who knows, he might one day walk the streets of Cebu again. Bad things do happen to good people. You might say it isn't fair but whoever said life is fair. Life is Not fair- never will be. We all know that's the truth and the sad reality.

OT - yea, thanks, hope to see you soon in Vegas.

I dont know nothing regarding the case , the SC ruling and why it ended like that and most of all the connection of Paco in the case . I just talked to someone who knew it best but as to what the SC says " INADMISSABLE " in court for what reasons I dont know .

It just so happened that he is INNOCENT . Unsay mabuhat nato ana kung INOSENTE siya ?

I dont get the CONFLICT on both statements . 1st is saying that he really is INNOCENT . 2nd statement says , INOSENTE Man gyud siya , push it to something he is guilty of ?

Why I dont comprehend also is why you think PACO is guilty . What are your grounds other than the SC ruling ? It does not justify which ironically they are the justice and that they are serving JUSTICE . Mind you pwerting daghana na ang napriso na insoente ug ang sad-an naglakaw lakaw sa dalan gihapon because of SC . It just so happen that CHIONGS and CHIONG 5 are a high profile case .

No doubt Aznar , Adlawan and co are the real suspects , I would kill them myself .

Seriously & honestly, I would love to see him set free IF he is after all innocent as you said.
As to what THOUSANDS if not HUNDREDS of people who not only THINK but KNEW he is INNOCENT . Not only me amigo .

Exactly ! Thats why you see people say about his INNOCENCE , the websites , the campaigns and etc .

Well, the 1st sentence said he is innocent, the 2nd one said kung inosente man gud. Anyway, kapoy naman -maybe we can talk and talk about it all day and get nowhere since you and I have diff. opinions regarding this case. Alibi is the weakest defense is why the court ruled it irrelevant is how I see it. And probably they tend to believe more on the testimony of that Rusia guy and the bbq vendors and witnesses who saw the group in Carcar. I think it's highly unlikely for Rusia to admit he raped Marijoy if he wasn't there in the first place. And perhaps his testimony was more CREDIBLE to the judges than those of Paco's friends.
They usually take into account the demeanor, the account itself etc. of the witness/witnesses. We're not there to see it unless you were able to attend the hearings then you'd be in a better position to tell me. I wouldn't know why & how Judge Ocampo decided it the way he did. Think about it, would you admit to raping someone if you didn't do it ?
Plus, when the Larranagas, elevated it to the SC, at that time I really believed Larranaga would be set free. That was my expectation knowing they have the best lawyers money can buy. But I was so surprised when it was upgraded to death. Somehow, there must be something that has convinced the SC to change it from life to death instead. And I knew Judge Ocampo goofed by giving them life instead of death.

Some lawyer friends of mine said, it was inevitable for Judge Ocampo to give a death sentence once he ruled them guilty. But it was another surprise he didn't. Instead he sentenced them to life. Any crime that had kidnapping with rape is automatically a death sentence and if you have murder to aggravate it- more so a death sentence is in order don't you think.
We'll just pray what happened will NEVER AGAIN happen to anyone in Cebu. Let's just hope & pray everyone related to this case will be enlightened so there will be a closure for these 2 families . I hope & pray too that the Chiong family will find Jacqueline's body in the future. And may the souls of Marijoy and Jacqueline rest in peace.

Didnt I discuss about focusing ourselves to the CHIONG SISTERS murder n rape case ? And not the character of the Paco in general ?

Are you referring to Paco ? He never admitted anything because there is nothing to admit . Otherwise na MANI-UBRA na lang sa higher position to make it look like but its not .

The best lawyers money can buy is not the point here .... JUSTICE is serve . Ibutang ta lang karon part Mango ikaw si Ocampo or si Mrs Chiong or kinsa pa na gusto gyud ma priso si Paco and then 50 years later nahibaw-an na walay apil si Paco kay naa siya sa Manila , LIFE is UNFAIR gihapon ?

Because of fear of judging ? Dont you think ang tao na mamatay unya inosente nahibaw-an later on makes you a better judge ? Well not anymore for Judge Ocampo's case .

As long as bodies were not found and an INNOCENT man is not FREE yet bisan never na siya nasundan of the same scenario for the next 100 years will still be a dark side to those people involved DIRECTLY and INDIRECTLY and will never be an ENLIGHTMENT .
