Clean and fresh linens. Bathroom is squeaky clean with a faint scent of disinfectant. Rate is 1000-1300 per person with breakfast.. Buffet breakfast with as many variations as possible. Accessible to malls and others, can be located near the heart of the city but must also give a sense that the place is natural. It would also be great if structures are unique,like sa Singapore.
