Hello mga sir. Ok lang ba na imbes mangita pako sa HD6570, Radeon R7 240 nalang akong akong paliton? Murag pareho lang man siguro sila ug presyo. Asa ba ang mas ok sa duha?

On stock, almost pareho ra. The 6570 has 50% more cores but the clocks are slower so cancel out ra. If it was me, I'd get the 6570 and overclock it to 900mhz. It is a natural to run at that clock rather than a measly 650mhz. Do that and you've got yourself an r7 250.

20k budget for proc/mobo, ram, vc, ssd cheap.

Kana support ug battlefield, crysis 3, nfs most wanted latest. Bisan dili ultra settings ok ra.

Lahi lng nko budget for other parts.

Depends really on your resolution. Also, SSDs aren't cheap. It'll cost you around 3k for a 60GB one and that's 15% of your budget. RAM will cost you 2k for 4GB ram and double of that for 8GB. Cheapest i5 processor is around 8k and the cheapest i3 is around 4.5k. Motherboard cost will depend on the features you want(PCIE 3.0, USB 3.0, SATA III, PCI/E slots, HDMI/DVI port, etc). The remaining budget will be for your GPU and that doesn't sound a lot. I suggest dropping the SSD for a better GPU if you don't really need it.
