is it really a necessity nga at least 2nd yr college gyd ang i require pra ani nga job? what if below sa requirement ang iya pero naay dakong potential ikumpara sa mga uban...?

I don't think "bought" is the right word. It is a merger with SYKES as the surviving entity.

This is like what some banks are doing. Remember BPI and FEBTC? FEBTC was supposed to merge with PCI but it did not woek out. Instead, BPI and FEBTC merged with BP as the surviving entity. Nowit is a better and bigger bank all in all. I beleive this is what is happening to us in the call centers too.

As for salary.. that should be better for those in SYKES. Hopefully, i. match nila ang sweldo sa taga ICT. Di man sad na pwede gyud na inaug nila ang sweldo sa ICT to match sykes...

afaik, gipalit jud ang ict. hostile takeover jud. ang wa pa maklaro is if rename ang ict to sykes or mu exist gihapon sila as a different entity but still under sykes.

as for sweldo, ayaw mo expect na musaka.
