.. wait, is this really feasible ?? Where should that so called "like makati" be erected ?? The new reclamation area ?? Mandaue has been stagnant for many years now and that claim that it's going to be the next makati is just but wishful thinking. But, hopefully it will be realized, that's a big HOPEFULLY.

Are you from mandaue? I doubt...Have you seen the new buildings from ADNAMA to CDU? And fronting them is the PARKMALL...That is in less than two years....Despite all the babags in the council, the mayor was still able to deliver his services to the people...
Do you know how supportive the businessmen are right now for the mayor? That is because they believed in him...they are confident to start businesses in Mandaue...

In fairness lami ang Marguarita Lounge sa top floor sa Robin Land Building (the one that looks like an addidas building sa luyo sa CDU) reasonably priced pa gyud. and the view is awesome!

i agree of the comments here. Ouano has been a part of the biggest shabu lab in the Philippines. Since grabeh nah kaayu ilang kauwaw sa mga taga Mandaue og xure sad cla nga di nah cla makadaog against the Cortes, the least they could do is suppot Cong. Soon-Ruis to run as mayor against Cortes. Akong pangutana mao kini, sugot bah tah nga makadaog ang i.recommend sa mga Ouano nato? KUng makadaog man ganeh ilang giluyohan, posible bisan wala nah sa power ang mga Ouano, makahimu gyapn cla sa mga butang nga sinful in nature og si Neri walay mahimu kundili mu,protect nlang kay naa bya jud tay gtawag nga utang kabubot.on. Busa, di nato padaogon, adto tah ni Cortes nga maayu ka public servant!

there is a big possibility na mahimo na sa mga ruiz ug ouano. dat's so possible. Let's be wise ! look at the track record! i agree! let's vote for mayor jonas cortes claro na naay agi1 dili lang puro storya!

guys! We have to vote for the right leader in mandaue city! someone who has really the heart of serving his people! Someone who has shown already great results in changing the city for the better! someone who is not AFRAID of the drug lords because he is more afraid of the Lord Jesus Christ! Someone who is not afraid to look stupid for the betterment of his people and someone who wants to PLEASE GOD ALONE!

Let's all pray for the right leaders for Mandaue City and for our NATION!

Mandaue City is a lot better now compared to 3 years ago, I do agree to one statement here that there's a lot of investors putting their trust to Mayor Jonas and it has done a lot of great things for the city of Mandaue. I hope he continues his service to the Mandauehanons.

makalagot kaayo paminawon na way nahimo si Jonas sa Mandaue... HELLO!!!... kagamay ra anang three years!!.. nya daghan pa jud mubabag na council.. unsaon paghimu ug daghang projects?... pero at least nakahimu jud siya ug projects. buta lang ning mga tawhana na ga.cge ug ingon na wala daw... e.compare ra gud tong Mandaue sauna na lain ang naghandle... maka ingon ko na walay asenso.. karon kay nagstart na ug asenso ang Mandaue.. Bitaw btaw, cge man gadjud nag saway ang mga kaatbang ni Jonas nga wa kano nahimo si Jonas. Bidaaa sad aning Nerissa 1 term pa gani si Jonas unya lisud iya kahimtang kay majority sa mga konsehales opposition. Bilib ko mayor Jonas uyyy na bisan pa man mag lisud siya kay cge rag oppose ang mga kanahan konsehales nindot na mandaue ron. Hala kamo taga Mandaue, botari gihapon ninyo si mayor Jonas.
