Eva Fonda Wins Special Prize in 2009 Seoul International Drama Awards
The ABS-CBN drama series Eva Fonda has just won a special prize in the 2009 Seoul International Drama Awards.
Eva Fonda herself, Cristine Reyes, accepted the trophy in Seoul, Korea where the awards ceremony was held. Eva Fonda bested the following in the special prize category:
Token – IRIB Media Trade, Iran
Fathers and Sons – TV channel Russia, Russia
Britannia High – ITV Global Entertainment Ltd, UK
Fighting Spiders – MediaCorp TV (S) Pte Ltd, Singapore
Forbidden Love – Calinos Entertainment, Turkey
Eva Fonda’s victory marks the first time that a tv program from the Philippines had won in the 4-year-old award giving body for drama series around the world.

Angel accepts to be Sharon’s daughter!
After so many denials and explanations, Angel Locsin had decided to accept the role of Megastar Sharon Cuneta’s daughter in “Mano Po 6: My Mother!”. Malou Santos of Star Cinema in which Angel is an exclusive contract star gave her blessing to the surprise deal. This means Angel will be back to Lily Monteverde’s Regal Films with whom she had a tiff over her exclusive eight-picture contract.

nindot jud pero ang reception lang jud problema...

MANILA - Star Cinema's "In My Life," the ABS-CBN movie outfit’s grandest film offering for 2009, earned a record P20 million in ticket sales on its first day of screening on Wednesday.
This was according to the data released by Star Cinema's Booking and Distribution Department, “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon” reported.
