From now on I will be very strict regarding on purchasing my items due to some buyers who waste my time and effort especially gasto sa load sa cge'g text and pliti na dili mo tunga which is agreed upon without updates.
I'm very much PATIENT jud ninyo but still IRRESPONSIBLE buyers keep on coming. My terms are very well stated and expected nana cya na you have read and understood it.
I'm also busy but still I make sure that I can update you buyers sa inyong mga questions bcoz I don't want to leave you hanging. All I'm saying is, BE RESPONSIBLE enough to do your part kay dili lalim sa among part ang inyong mga gipang buhat.
From now on PICK-UP POINTS will be scheduled, the TIME and PLACE. Para mausa nalang and lessen the hassle for both parties.

* "Reservations" are considered "SOLD" and for SURE BUYERS ONLY!
* "CANCELLATION" is allowed within the day only. Otherwise, you must claim it NO EXCUSES!
(Want to give way to those who are interested with the same item that is tagged RESERVED.)
* "NEXT" ... is the word to type if you want to be next in line to get the item if person who reserved the item cancels.

there will be NO MORE MEET UPS.
