improve... hhmmm improve?
lets count the ways they can improve:
* get rid of fixers
-
these would start with us.. "if the buying stops. the killing can, too" ![Cheesy](images/smilies/cheesy.gif)
* fast track the processing of license renewals
renew your license ahead of time, pwede man ka one month before. ang uban ug di mo expire di mag pa renew
* one day or less processing of registration renewals
again, pwede ka ahead of time
* make it a one stop shop for emission and MVIS
its your option para di ka mahassle nga sayohon nimo ug adto prior sa imong renewal, like i do..
* no need for request for confirmation. what's the point of being online and computerized when you transact
in cebu and your papers came from bohol, you have to submit documents confirming these papers when
it can be seen in their system?
murag layo pa kaayo tas tinood ani boss, bisag ikaw naman, you need to see the black and white as proof.. nanigurado ra ni sila
* no more delays in the release of license plates and stickers
this is something that's not really impt, as long as ilahang side ang nagkulang, not really a big deal.
* upgrade their system and connectivity... eliminate, minimize offlines.
di man gani ta ka control sa atong network sa balay nga 2-4 computers lang.. this is very common, not only in our country.
i'm not saying the plate standarization is a bad idea at all. but since we have to deal with a lot drawbacks from the LTO itself, it's just wise that we scrutinize and examine how they go about implementing this cos like what happened with that RFID chip before wherein a lot of people protest, wa gyuy kalamboan ila proyekto. gasto-gasto lang ang mga taw og ang goberno and yet ma scrapped ra in the end.
