boss i email ni sa nokor imo simulation para makabalo sila what went wrong..

Klaro naman what went wrong, and they themselves know it--either instrumentation or mechanical failure right after the launch. Most likely the NOKOR ground control initiated self-destruct sequence when the rocket was rolling/pitching towards the incorrect heading and pitch. This way, they won't be blamed for any collateral damage incase the rocket rains debris further downrange.
