Sa mga wala pa kasuway og Capoeira diha, you can try our free class this Tuesday..

Remember to bring the following:
1.) Anything for rehydration (i.e. Water, Gatorade, etc) - pinaka importante ni.. ayaw jud kalimti..
2.) Face towel - para pangtrapo sa singot
3.) Jogging pants or shorts - anything nga maka bikangkang comfortably.
4.) Extra shirt - kay pwede na mapuga ang singot sa t-shirt inig pa-uli na.
5.) no need for shoes kay mag tiniil ra.

Sinha Bahia de Capoeira Internacional is the only Authentic Capoeira school here in Cebu under Mestre Torpedo, an authentic Brazilian Capoeira practitioner.

Why practice Capoeira?
Capoeira is a fun art, and that is the best reason to do it!! The other benefits naturally flow
on from practicing the art: fitness, mental and physical health, social, musical, rhythmical
interaction, friendship.

Who can do capoeira?
All levels of fitness and ages.

What to wear?
For your first class, wear clothing that is comfortable for movement eg tracksuit pants and a t-shirt. Many students choose to train barefoot, but if your feet are new to Capoeira, it may be a good idea to bring some sneakers as your feet might develop blisters from the activity of your first class.
