Bitaw, seriously, I think that P3M is more than enough para makapaeskwela later on sa college. But if from elementary all the way up to college, murag lisod gyud siguro.
Anyway, mutual funds is a very ideal replacement for the preneed education plans nga risky kaayo. In 15 years, I think that your funds will even be more than P3M, pwede na kaayo pangtuition.
kanus-a ang sked sa IMG for seminars? dugay na kaayo ko interested aning mutual fund. work man gud ko have no time. basin this month naa na. tnx
There are two IMG offices here in Cebu, one at Salinas Dive, Lahug and the other one is at FGU Center near Ayala.
Sa Lahug, the schedule of presentations is every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30PM and Saturdays at 2:30PM. Wa ko kabalo sa schedule sa FGU.
If you wish, you could set an appointment with an IMG broker at your convenient time. Jsut send me a PM if interested.
naay office ang FAMI dri cebu? unsay mga MF companies na naay office sa cebu? pwd ta maka-transact dri cebu or sa main office jud?
From what I know, walay FAMI office diri sa Cebu and most of the mutual fund companies are at Metro Manila. Sa mga nag invest diri sa FAMI, most of them are doing it through IMG.
Naay Sunlife sa Cebu Business Park but I'm not sure if they're carrying mutual funds or sa Manila ba gihapon mag invest.
I think Sunlife Mutual fund and Philam naay office diri but wa pako naka try.
Kay di namo partner ang Sunlife and mas pabor ang performance sa PAMI, FAMI and PEMI.
if you want FAMI and PEMI, agi lang thru an IMG broker. Wa man juy difference sa fees if that's what you're worried about.
I learned a couple of interesting finance principles. One principle that caught my attention is the “No Load Mutual Funds“.
I’m particularly interested in this because my current Mutual Fund, PhilEquity, charges a sales load of 3.5%. That means that for every P1,000 that I invest, P35 of that goes to a “commission” to eBiz which is the company that accepts my money on behalf of PhilEquity. That’s P35 less of my money that could have been earning for me. (source:No Load Mutual Funds | eOFW)
therefore, makuhaa pud d i ang additional investment. i thought man gud ang initial investment ra ang amkuhaan.
