i thnk this is a very very very bad situation, d only way dat the municipalities other than city of cebu can earn money is thru tourism, kay walay mo invest ug negosyo, gasto lang tanan, d best way to promote the beaches kay thru outdoor activities,adventure, etc, para ma expose atong mga nice beaches, environmental drastic action para nay foreign environmentalist maka bantay n in return deyl promote our place, etc, basta kanang daghan activities, contests, to catch attention

I think one way to promote cebu again is to include camotes island... camotes is part of cebu and it is a very nice place to relax with family. Ato unta i.improve ang ferry na mu biyahe sa camotes.
