.. i really am amazed with how they came up with this so called multiplier effect. Really now, is it ACTUALLY HAPPENING ?? Have we seen this multiplier effect ?? Guess not, maybe they did, coz their pockets got heavy, but the public never did felt this effect.



.. since we're talking about Capitol here, what's it's function ?? it's true purpose ?? and what's the function and purpose of a governor in it's truest sense ?? I have my own idea and definition but i want to hear from you guys ...
