the most natural and effective way to have a daily "disposal habit" is to:
1. drink 8-10 glasses of water while avoiding caffeine containing drinks such as coffee, tea, and sodas
2. eat fruits and vegetables (since these are rich in fiber)
3. exercise daily at least 30 minutes a day 5x a week
4. avoid frequent use of laxatives (such as Dulcolax) since this may have a bad effect on your intestines in the long term... preferable pa ang prune juice (or eat the prune fruit itself)
