it started out as a very generous company! just like other call centers...the very reason nganong na.ingon ani matod pa sa akong friend nga usa sa pioneer didto kay tungod sa management sa HR ug ACCOUNTING nga nagbu.ot bu.ot ug sweldo sa mga ghost employess. ikaw bay tag.iya nga ga sweldo kag wala diha. ulbong kaspa sa amerkano..ug didto nawad.an ug salig si mr. p.gitangtang ang canteen, gipamub.an ang sweldo, he doesnt even care if the company will closed anyways, its just among of the many businesses that he has....
ang resulta ang mga nifollow na ang ga.antos....ultimo sa salary naay magic magic..descrepancy ug tag usa ka libo...one employee even 900 pesos salary...sad to say katong mga kapit sa patalim mao juy kadaganan...unless any form of organization maka take action ani...lu.oy jud daw kaayo mga employess may pa ang nitrabaho ug minimum dako pa..kining kompanyaha kuno??sus gaayo lang porma sa call center kunohay wa juy ayu.multi tasking grabeha unya charity mabuang ka........
no one inside the company jud ang makapangusog ani. mga position holder way mahimo nag pakabuta bungol nlng pud sila....
TWO THINGS:
1. Support people, from the Site Director to the QAs to the Team Leads f*ck the (female) employees there. The company gives a "so-so" salary for the Support, but the employees are very desperate people (who failed other call centers and are left with no other choice but to apply there). Money is somewhat an essence for the workers. There are a couple of pig-headed maniacs there that take advantage of other people's vulnerability and desperation, and they just give in.
2. If you have a relative or a boy/girlfriend there, expect na gibugha na na sila ngadto. I know a lot of people there who are having affairs even if they are in current relationships respectively. What's worse is that even married people do it too. That place, aside from giving incompetent service and pay to it's employees, is also a haven full of f*ckers. YOU SHOULD BE AFRAID FOR PEOPLE YOU KNOW WHO ARE WORKING THERE
If you ask why I know, I worked there as a support for 2 years and 3 months (but i did not in any way participate in this animosity).
Send me a pm, I still know what's happening inside that company. I know a couple of people cheating behind their lovers' backs. You may be one of them.
I don't have anything against the company, and I don't even care because I work at Convergys with a very very good compensation. But I just want to help you people who do not know what's happening to your loved ones in that hellish place
