Next cookout would be AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD unless someone wants to share their knowledge on other type of cuisines / dishes or maybe with the Mexican food altogether .

Any suggestions for the MEXICAN FOOD MENU so we can forecast it price wise , availability of ingredients etc ?
