Ambot. I gave up free solutions for now cuz of lack of real time protection. I'm using Spyware Doctor and CounterSpy. Both are good and with real time protection, which doesn't always work though.

For Spyware, Adware and trojans: Spyware Doctor 3.1
Firewall: ZoneAlarm Pro
