here in the US, even if both couples are RN's pero ang gasto mas dako pa sa sweldo. that's why they need to work for 12-16 hours doing a mixed job of hospital, nursing home, hospice and home health.

dili na quality angmga new nurses karon.. the schools now-a-days areonly after the money, and not the quality. kato mga karaan nga schools, magdawat na ug mga bogo, angd i mean bogo, becuase my ninang is a c.i. and my mom used to be a c.i, istorya si ninang nga nagdebate daw to ang owner ug ang registrar kay ang mga naay grades nga 70 gipangdawat! how stu is that??! unsaon na mana if maghatag ug meds or sa iv? ang uban mag sukol2x na sa mga staff nurses or sa mga ci, sauna asa na mahitabo? di na jud kamao ug respeto ang mga bata karon..

ang mga bago sad nga grads, mahimong mga call center agents or mahimong vounteers ra intawn. triple ang gasto...

in my opinion, there is no use doing the "blaming game" ky it will all boil down to the person's choice kung unsa na route iya pili-on at the end in building his own character.

mao bah?? ako kay mtake pako sa board this nov 29-30! ang ako ra na-observe during rvw noh, kay answers ra ang itudlo.. di jud itudlo kung unsai ideal kay khibaw mn sad amu teachers na di ghapon xa i-apply! mao, na if new breed, new grad o baguhay ra kapasa then magwork sa hosp, mejo angats jud gmay.. ky ang pgka Rn nila, kay di mn becuase naka-mao sila.. bat becuase, nmemorize nila unsai i-answer sa board ahihihi hala, mnurse bya ko!

will u be taking the NLE or NCLEX? actually, choices ra man na sa tao unsa iya gusto sa life. better pa mag pakatotoo ang taw ky sa ma nurse unya sungayan ra diay gihapon tungod sa deepseated frustrations nya sa iya choices in life. that will no good sa profession and the person itself.

like u now with the observation u mentioned. gi tudlo ra ang answers and wa gyud mo pasabta sa case scenarios....lisod na kung naa na sa situation, ky way critical thinking skills na developed sa person. lives will be in ur hands soon and u cant make any excuse...if u have not done enough to help or eventually save 'em. gukdon ra ka sa consensya for sure.

so make a choice now, if u dont like it...then pursue wat u really loved and excel on it rather continue a career in nursing yet damaging lang ang effects sa imo
