The dentist told me to have one done before I undergo tooth extraction for my 2nd molar. I'm really naive kay I've never done this before nor do I regularly visit dentists for check-ups. First time pani nako to go for extraction. I'm really anxious pa.

If it's just extraction of a 2nd molar, a Periapical x-ray wud do! It only costs about P400 per shot! I wonder why ur dentist asked for a Panoramic xray for that tooth alone!! Not unless it ws d 3rd molars u nid to extract, then a panoramic xray wud be best!! A pano xray wid cost around P800-1000 per shot!

Bale u put toothpaste on ur toothbrush and dip it in baking soda para mupilit ang baking soda sa toothpaste then mao na e use ug toothbrush jz to take out d stains...after wards u gargle with hydrogen peroxide which is an oxidizing agent so result is mu whiten ur teeth...
