No thats not a BRT, but type of a bus system thats part of the rail network. Kung katong part sa city walay network sa railway ang BUS ma-oy mo hatud nimo didto. Example let say naay MRT from Colon to Capitol building..unya taga guadalupe ka..ig naug nimo sa Capitol..naay BUS naghuwat nimo didto unya ihatud ka sa guadalupe, ang plete sa bus apil na sa plete sa train.

If you read the news about the meeting between the City Govt and the mayor of brazil who succesfully implemented the BRT..i have my doubts ug madayon gyud na..Pag sugod palang sa meeting the mayor from bogota ask one question unya nag lisud ug tubag ang official sa Cebu City.
what do you want in your city, a pedestrian friendly or car friendly. To implement a succesfull BRT you have to sacrifice one..IF pedestrian friendly kuno ang city wala nay private cars maka-agi sa major roads..sus...mahimo ba gud na sa Cebu..hehehehe.
