I can only think that these people are:

    1. Here only to criticize, condemn and complain , maong magpaneutral2x kunuhay, maong mga walay baruganan, but feeling superior

Mahadlok mabalikan.

Which ang ilang candidates, only criticize, condemn and complain.

Nalimot tingale nga Political section ni, and in politics you choose your side. Mao bitaw naay election.

^^ Nagtanaw kos mga pictures, nawala akong gana mokaon. lol

    ---

With regards to that 7 hour delay, ang only reason nila sa Comelec is that nag technical glitch kay nag "bottleneck" daw ang server..
Ambot unsay pasabot anang bottleneck hehehe..

Aw kabalo naka, Liberal na pud nga time... Ug asa makakawat, kawat! .. Utro man pud ang yellow president..

    Naa kay point diha.

My take about sa 7-hours delay is ang comelec wa jud dapat excuse ana. ma bottle neck man o delay o lagging.

Kinhangan sila ug manpower maka handle ug technical problems, check hardwares ug connectivity.

Kahibaw na sila tanang taga comelec nga every 3 years naay election. and billions ang budget ani...not M but with a B...billions.

Maayo jud imbistigahan ang comelec para nako. i hope in the next few months naay matak2x diha nga ahensya.

Yes, naa jud nay milagro naghimo specially ang pag shift sa panahon ni abnoy to smart matic. billions ang palit ani...again not M but with a B....Billions.

Dapat unta gi upgrade na ang machines after 2 years but kadtu si bautista nga head sa comelec way plano. para nako guilty kaayo tung badinga nga naay hand sa magic2x sa election. pangutana, asa na kaha tu karon nagtago.

Regards sa nakakuwarta, aw nakakwarta jud tu sila. from denvaxia to smart matic to mrt train to frigates sa navy etc etc.

    Puhon!

A P28-B, 73.7km Metro Cebu Expressway is in the works.

A six-lane, 73.7km Metro Cebu Expressway might soon be in the works, and according to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), two firms have already submitted proposals to undertake the road project via public-private partnership (PPP).

DPWH-7 planning and design chief Nonato Paylado says that the two aforementioned companies are Metro Pacific Tollways Development Corporation, which is currently constructing the Cebu–Cordova Link Expressway, and China Construction First Group.

“They intend to construct the whole stretch, including the remainder of Segment 3, and that will depend on the evaluation of the department,” Palyado said during a meeting with the Metro Cebu Development and Coordinating Board (MCDCB).

According to Palyado, awarding the project to a private firm could possibly shorten its construction time to just four years. This, he explained, can be done by opening roads in mountainous areas and making a tunnel to shorten the road’s distance in its feasibility study.

“You can just imagine if they will be able to shorten it, if they can finish it in four years, that would be a big (help),” he said. “A tunnel will straighten out a certain section of the road and make it shorter. So, if you’re going to shorten the total length, you will also be able to shorten the project duration.”

Palyado also disclosed that work on Segment 3 of the expressway, located in Barangays Pangdan and Cantao-an in the City of Naga, has been suspended due to right-of-way issues. He added, though, that the agency’s legal department is “significantly done with the acquisition of properties,” and that negotiations are ongoing.
