Naghuwat sad ko... milagro wlay nagpagawas sa mga ka aligotgot... either gi kapoy na sila sa SF kay same as before... SF gave out the rules but they are deliberately broken by photogs and they even win awards... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA (may pa wla nalay rules... kaskas lang cla ug tinta sa likod sa form... ahahahaha)

MOST winners deserve their awards with their amazing photos.
Sometimes u tend to ask y maka daug ang photo nga ... blurry...+ out of focus.. + not so amazing angle...+ common kaayo nga subject... + Not so creative noisy image...
pero naka daug... hehehehe
well... TILL NEXT year... i hope things will improve...
and i hope with that editorial page things will truly improve for everyone...
