First of all, it is not Tommy’s humor on facebook but that of Miguel, his wanna be mayor son. Secondly, DOTr Secretary Art Tugade has already written DOF Sec. Carlos Dominguez recommending cancellation of the BRT project after some studies and consultations. Thirdly, Tommy’s rara boys and trolls have been feeding everyone bulshit about how the BRT project can no longer be cancelled because it is foreign funded and the loan has been approved. And also, what little influence Tommy had at the national level has been minimized and marginalized further because his main and maybe only ally in the Duterte administration, CabSec Evasco, seems to have lost his influence on the president.
