Daghana pro stream dre oi. Im just wondering if how much were you've been receiving just to post all these very protagonist comments here for stream. It is not that Im against the company however we should be transparent in giving out opinions and let us try to be neither one sided nor bias. I understand that we as an employee should and must be grateful to all the jobs and to the companies which provided us jobs that we have now since this is our bread and butter. Anyhow, we should also see to it that everybody was being fairly treated and received the utmost transparency that a certain company could offer.
That's where the word empathy comes in and we should all apply it now. By the way, when will we gonna take precaution?

depende mn gud na sa experience sa company.. ako, i felt i was taken care of.. the company's not perfect pero dire raman ko nka experience ug hayahay gud, so mao na ang reason why i'm still here.

kanang gusto makabalo kung ok ba ang kompaniya, ila lang suwayan.. pede raman sila mo hawa if di na sila ganahan.

I totally agree with you. We should be thankful with the other companies we have worked with. The only objection I have with your statement is that, this should not stop us from verbalizing our thoughts about STREAM.

I know it is still premature to say that STREAM is GREAT because I'm still new here, among the 2 other CC i have worked with, STREAM is the best!

One proof is, my co workers right now are in fact OLD stream employees who resigned, worked with the biggest cc in the country, but decided to work again with STREAM.

THIS IS ONE PROOF THAT STREAM has been good with their employees otherwise, these employees wouldn't come back.

And my own personal proof is:
THE MANAGERS, ASGs, HR, the employees,,,,,, are SO NICE!!!
The environment is very healthy for employees.

pro streamers, always streaming! been with 2 bpo companies before but stream is definitely way, way, and way better.
