Ang makalipay nato sa atong jobs in my personal opinion is having progress. I worked in Dubai for 4 years and the 2nd job I had there was for me the best. I worked in a leasing department of one real estate companies there and I meet clients from different nationalities everyday. I am using my skills in that job and that is making way to having progress each day.

agree ko ana sir, pero ang difference at the end of the day is dagko ug income ang mga tag-iya ug companies and it will continue to increase whereas ang sweldo ninyo is nagpabilin. it might grow but then dili pod monthly or yearly. akoa ma suggest, work for 5 years ba kaha karon, while working start ug invest sa stocks and then use the earnings to start your own business. what I can guarantee you is that you will love it once maka start naka sa imuhang business. you will have flexible time, get to do things that you want to do while you are still earning and it will surely increase pa jud.

if we will continue to have the mentality of working lang kay hadlok sa risk ug pag start ug business, dili jud ka mu asenso ana.. mas nindot jud ang feeling nga ikaw na pod ang boss.

sa tinud anay lang dali ra man mag negosyo, ang lisod is ang pagpangita ug negosyo nga profitable for a long-time. naa koy negosyo sa una, kuwang ko sa customers mao na nasirado.

murag general kaayo na nga statement nga dili ta mo asenso kay gatrabaho ra ta, pang networking mana nga linya, hehe. sakto gyud na nga observation nga nindot ug feeling nga boss naka, pero sa feeling ra na kutob, lol. business in a real sense is hard work pud baya.

I totally agree with you callsyn_bigbird. Thanks for sharing this. Nakarelate ko. I went home from Dubai bisag okay ang salary ko didto. Like you, I realized that working for another person is not what i would like to do all my life.
